Here in Ohio you can hunt many animals in our state parks with a .22 lr but i only want to kill what will die from a shot from a .22 lr humanly. Here are some things that the park will let you hunt with a .22 Fox, Raccoon, Skunk, Opossum, Weasel, Squirrel,
Cottontail Rabbit, Ring-necked Pheasant, Chukar, Ruffed
Grouse, Bobwhite Quail, and Crow. i’m only positive on rabbits, various birds, and squirrels.
I don’t think you’ve read the regulations correctly if you think they allow hunting of game birds with a 22LR rifle. If you’ve read the regulations, maybe read them again, it should clarify things for you.
If you had bothered to list the location, we might be able to help you a bit more, as it stands now we have to guess where you are talking about, this a big country with literally thousands of hunting regulations.

Across the continent, the most prolific and widely spread duck just happens to also be the largest duck, and these attributes are probably also why it is the most popular and most sought after duck on all flyways. That duck, of course, is the mallard. Great eating and far more of it than the smaller ducks like teal, etc. And while you’re in the blind, keep your eyes out for other migratory birds (other than ducks) that share the skies and the waters. It is VERY common to see three or more kinds of geese passing within range of your shotgun and sometimes even decoying in to your spread of dekes on a flooded field or pond. And the mallards are known for landing in a harvested crop field where the geese are already feeding. Using decoys that mix mallards with snow, blue, or canada geese decoy can bring you a mixed bag. And as for table fare, well, that’s just one more reason why these big birds of the autumn skies get waterfowl hunters so excited. MMMMmmmm-MMmmmm!!!! Good luck and good shootin’

Good .22 Lr or Mag. for hunting Under 200.00 ?
For hunting : Varmints, small-game, smaller Medium sized game and/or any of these animals available to hunt with a .22.
Fox, Raccoon, Skunk, Opossum, Weasel, Squirrel,
Cottontail Rabbit, Ring-necked Pheasant, Chukar, Ruffed
Grouse, Bobwhite Quail, Crow, Ground Hog, Wild Boar and coyote. And what is an average/usual amount of energy ( Ft. lbs ) for a .22 lr and .22 magnum ?
Mag fed please
For pretty much everything you’ve mentioned, a normal .22LR will do fine. For any bird, and for wild hogs and coyote, you’ll want something else. For birds, use a shotgun. For hogs, something with far more power than either a .22LR or .22 WMR can provide, such as a .243 Remington, .308 Win, .30-06 Springfield, or .270 Win. For coyote, a .223 Remington or .243 Winchester is a far better choice.
A hot .22LR load will give you about 200 foot-pounds at the muzzle. A .22 WMR will give you about 300. As such, I don’t see very much need for a .22 WMR. Just step up to a .223 Remington if you want more power.
EDIT: Oops, forgot to mention models of rifle. I’m only going to mention .22LR rifles, this time.
Ruger 10/22
Savage 64F
Savage Mark II
Marlin 60
Marlin 795
Pretty much any .22LR rifle will work. These five are the ones I personally prefer, for various reasons.
