We are very proud of the Road Creek Rod & Gun Club and
believe that we are building one of the best club of it's kind in the west. This Club is
very limited in it membership. We are allowing only 75 Corporate or Institutional members
and 50 Individual or Family members in this phase. We invite quality organizations
everywhere to look at applying for membership at the Road Creek Rod & Gun. The
Following is an explanation of the general benefits of the various membership types.
Further details will be given in the membership agreement, bi-laws and club rules.
By way of definition, minimum use fees are prepaid deposits made by the members at the
first of each year to be used as a credit against their usage through out the year. This
credit may be used for services at the Rod & Gun or food and lodging services at the
Road Creek Inn. Maintenance fees are either prepaid at the first of the year of billed
monthly to the member and are used as a fund for improvements and maintenance.
- Corporate or Institutional memberships Corporate memberships are designed
to make the most opportunity for the business user. Corporate members have access to all
activities available from Road Creek Rod & Gun. Membership includes one member of
record (who serves as the contact point and the decision maker for the membership) and 4
named associate members. Associate members are not required to be employees, and my be
changed as often as semi-annually by the member of record to provide for changes in
personnel or clients. Guest of Corporate Members may also be "sent" by the
members of record. It is not required that a member be with them. The member is however
responsible for the charges and actions of guests sent to the club just as if the member
was accompanying them. Corporate memberships are fully transferable and marketable under
the by-laws of the club. Memberships are currently at $6,500 and increase $1,500
after 10 more memberships are sold. Minimum use fees are set at $3,000 per year and
there is a $35 per month maintenance fee associated with this membership. There is
a total of 75 corporate membership available.
- Individual or Family membership Individual membership's is perfect for the
above average sporting enthusiast. It offers all of the privileges of the club and is a
marketable membership. This membership category is fully transferable upon death, sale or
gifting. There are transfer fees associated with all transfers excepting death. This gives
membership access to a member of record and 3 immediate family members for free fishing
and fee hunting and sporting clays. The cost of this membership is currently at $3,500
and go up by $1,000 after each additional 10 individual memberships are sold The minimum
use fee for this membership is $1,500 and carries a monthly maintenance fee of $35 per
month. Guests of the club must be accompanied by a member. Members and their guests
receive "member pricing" for all Rod & Gun Club services. There is a
total of 50 Individual or Family Memberships available.
- Individual Non-Transferable membership Individual Non-Transferable is
similar to a Junior or Social membership at a country club. It has most of the rights of
membership, but not all. Individual non-transferable members have access to all activities
including the hunting and sporting clays, fishing and ranch activities, but the membership
is not "marketable or transferable". Once a member discontinues to use the
membership or dies, it is deemed turned back to the club. This membership gives club
access rights to the member of record only. They may however bring guests when accompanied
by the member, and have full guest privileges. The cost of this membership is currently
at $1,500, and the minimum use fee is $750 per year. There is also a $25 per month
maintenance fee associated with this membership. (50 Individual Non-Transferable
memberships are available. Prices increase $500 after 10 memberships are issued at
that price)
