A good shotgun load for pheasant hunting?

What is a good type of shotgun bullets for Pheasant Hunting. my gun takes 2 3/4 in shells so what brand/kind of load would be good?

Depends on the gauge?

I shoot a 20 gauge with 4’s and 6’s. I never had a problem shooting birds up to and past 40 yards.

6’s for me but lots of people use #5’s. You would want 1 1/8ths oz of shot or more. Don’t buy cheap game loads as you may have to shoot 40yds or so.

6 shot lead or 5 or 4 steel if its 410. your gonna shoot it twice if you use the wrong load so 12 gauge or 16 gauge man 20ga too but go for it

A 12 gauge 6 /5 choose the 12gauge because more pelets makes it a greater chanse of hiting it
